What is Groove Yoga?
Born from two seemingly opposing worlds, Groove Yoga dares to blend fresh beats and rhythms with traditional yoga postures to produce a totally new way to shape and sculpt your body. It’s urban, rebellious, stress-relieving, uplifting, sweat-pouring-out-of-your-body, kind of fun that produces long lean muscles and a clearer state of mind.
We call it “Groove” because all classes are instructed to music, but this isn’t a dance class. What it is, however, is an amazing workout for anyone looking to build strength, add flexibility, shed pounds, sculpt muscles, and have a rockin’ good time. And who knows, you may just stumble upon a dose of enlightenment along the way.
So if you’ve been curious to try yoga, but prefer to pass on the enlightenment banter and get your blood pumpin’, this may be more your style. If you’re a seasoned yogi looking to mix it up a bit, check it out. All levels are welcome.
