Abigail has been studying yoga since 2011. From her first class she knew she had found something deeply familiar and special. She delved deep into her own personal practice and eventually curiosity led her to Costa Rica in 2017 to complete her 200hr YTT. She returned the following year to assist in the training for a new group of students. Since then she has also completed many trainings including Yin yoga, Qigong and ayurveda.

Abigail has much reverence and love for all things nature and has found herself the most happy when she is in movement exploring the mountains, the ocean or the desert.

Abigail believes that the way to strengthen spirit, mind and body is not just through movement, but also in stillness and with the breath… and a touch of humor of course!  Her classes leave space for students to explore this in a manner that is grounding and mindful.
