Please note that the expiration date for all packages is activated from the date of purchase. Groove membership

**Groove unlimited memberships require a minimum 3 month auto-draw commitment and a 30 day notice to cancel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request that all clients cancel online reservations within eight (8) hours of the class start time so we may accommodate other clients on our waiting list. Simply return to your online reservation and click the cancel button. Our cancellation policy also applies to clients on the waitlist who have been moved to the class list. Waitlisted clients may cancel their reservation at anytime without charge (before they have been moved to the class list).

If a client fails to cancel their reservation, they will be notified via email and a class will be automatically deducted from their class package OR a $10 charge will be applied to the card on file for our monthly unlimited members.
