Kristen is a 500 hour E-RYT here in Bend where she teaches various styles of yoga. She brings a creative, yet physical approach to her teaching while providing a fun environment for her students to thrive in. Her classes are a powerful and playful balance with insightful, nuanced alignment cues that allows her students to build the internal heat, vitality, and freedom within their own practice.
