Tara RYT 500, started her yoga journey when moving to Bend in 1995. Her background is rooted in ashtanga yoga. She became a yoga teacher finishing her 200 hours in Bend and then traveled to India to complete her 300 in ashtanga yoga. Her passion is inspiring her students through, breathe, embodiment and connection to self and others.
In Tara’s classes, you will experience a strong physical practice, intertwined with her wisdom of yoga philosophy, principals, and deep wisdom of humanity. Expect to move, breathe, and be transomed into the best version of yourself. Tara feels deeply that how we are on the mat, is how we are in life. She will give you the opportunity to inhabit your body, to feel ok when things are uncomfortable, and to find space before reacting.
