Please join us for a special extended Vinyasa practice in which we will offer the sun 108 salutations. This practice will aim to cultivate stillness in the mind through movement in the body. Typically offered and practiced during periods of change, this practice can both generate new energy and help move any stuck energy and emotion through the body. Although this practice can be physically and mentally challenging, it is accessible to all who wish to step on to their mat. Stoke your inner fires, welcome the Solstice, the winter season, the New Year, or perhaps even a new path forward with this challenging but rewarding practice.
