We're partnering with Hydro Flask to bring this workshop series to you at a low cost, and we'd love for you to bring a friend who might be new to yoga or curious to dive in a little more deeply! Each workshop is available to sign up for individually for $15 each, or the full series is available to register for $40.
Each class will be 90 minutes, one Saturday each month, and all will stand on their own but will build off each other. Whether Vinyasa yoga is entirely new to your or you've been practicing for years, these classes are for all levels and we would love to see you at any and all of them!
This workshop's breakdown:
Maggie Umberger will break down standing and balancing asana shapes we see often in class, including warrior II, side angle, triangle, half moon, warrior III, eagle, dancer, as well as variations to make these shapes work for you. Come with questions about specific postures you'd like to break down, there will be lots of time for Q&A and workshopping various poses we don't often have time to break down within the span of a 60-minute class!
