Explore your Movement Patterns: Add Strength and Mobility. A three part series with BRYNA CURRY

Our bodies tend to move in patterns and habits. Take a dive into self-study on your mat to explore:
- how do you regularly move?
- what repetitive movements or postures could lead to discomfort?
- where could you release, stretch, strengthen, or re-pattern?

 Through this 3-part series we will start with the legs and hips, move up the spine, and complete with the shoulder girdle. I will highlight some basic anatomy to build a foundation of understanding. During each workshop expect to move - both holding poses and flow, challenge and ease. Most importantly we will geek out together in the spirit of not taking ourselves too seriously!

Time: 10:15 - 11:30 am

Cost: $40 per session or $105 for all 3
