Yoga for a Healthy back with SHANAN KELLEY

In this 2 hour session we will look at the tools a consistent yoga practice can offer those working with challenges or injuries in the back. We will talk basic anatomy to understand how the body compensates for injury and workshop the most beneficial poses and modifications available. Come prepared to move, stretch, open and explore the various energies housed in the upper, mid, and low back. All levels welcome, no experience required.
