Join Amber Hayes for an evening of Livestream Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
The ultimate relaxation. Yoga Nidra, aka yogic sleep, is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that brings you into a state between asleep and awake, a space in which you are fully conscious but your body and find are at rest and ease to induce physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This particular class will begin with a few restorative poses to help you arrive in your body before we ease into the meditative portion of the practice. Yes, it’s as lovely as it sounds.
Please come prepared with a yoga mat, block (or something comparable), bolster (or pillows), blankets (2), and dress comfortably.
