Yoga + Writing Workshop Series with SHANAN KELLEY


This playful series of workshops explores the undeniable connections between our yoga and writing practices. Join Shanan Kelley for 2 hours of all-levels dynamic yoga flow, meditation, and eclectic writing exercises designed to support you in beginning or growing at-home practice and creative process. These workshops may be taken independently or as a series. For those participating in the entire series, there will be optional writing exercises offered in between sessions to support the growth of this practice as a community. There is no prior experience required for this heart centered and grounding virtual and in-person offering.

Time: Saturdays from 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Investment:  $25 per session or $88 for all 4

**To enroll in all 4 sessions, please select the series payment option.  You will then be able to register for the remaining dates without purchasing a pass. 

Shanan Kelley is a writer, producer, performer, facilitator, and yoga instructor. She believes in the power of laughter to unite and heal. Shanan creates gentle, supportive settings for all participants to grow their creative practices. She is currently working on her first book.
