Kristin will break down the mechanics of "floating" transitions in Ashtanga-inspired sun salutations, including floating from Downward Dog to Forward Fold and from Forward Fold to Chaturanga.

Through mindful alignment, deep core engagement, and steady breath control, you’ll learn how to cultivate stability and grace, building the strength and awareness needed to lift and hover with ease. Whether you're new to the idea of floating or looking to refine your technique, this workshop offers the tools to help you move with confidence and effortlessness on your mat.
