Girls Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop


A 4-week series with Chelsea Maliakai Ortega

This mindfulness workshop for teen girls offers an introduction to yoga and a supportive space to cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and emotional balance. Through movement, meditation, journaling and mindfulness practices, participants will learn to tune into their bodies, manage stress, and build a positive mindset, while fostering an authentic connection with themselves and others. Start the New Year with intention and joy!

Designed for young women ages 13-17 years old

Every other Sunday evening starting January 5th - February 16th, 2025 (Meeting dates: 1/5, 1/19, 2/2, 2/16)

4:00-5:30 pm

Investment $175 for the entire series or $45 per session

Chelsea Maliakai Ortega is a yoga and meditation teacher, mindfulness mentor, and native of Bend, Oregon. She began her practice at 14, seeking balance during a period of transition. Over time, Chelsea's journey has grown into a deep commitment to helping others and young women find peace and presence through mindful movement, meditation, and nervous system regulation. With a focus on self-love and community, her work creates space for individuals to reconnect with their true selves and find balance and flow in everyday life – both on and off the mat.
